Returns & Refunds

Oksiwa always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective then you can claim a return or refund.

Return Policy:

We afford the return shipping fee with following status:

  • Unsatisfied claim in 30 days free return period. (No damage with the products and original packaging)
  • Defected parts
  • Damaged devices
  • Incorrect item shipped

If the above return conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

    *The 30 days period is calculated from the date you received the items.

    *If you claim a return that exceed 30 days free return period and without any defected or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourselves.

    *Please note: Some returns we may charge the shipping fee from you. Like change your mind or ordered wrong items when shipping is proceeded, then we will charge the shipping fee from your payments.

    Return Procedure

    To return the item you purchased, please contact us via support@oksiwa.com for the return procedure.

    Return address, plus related details will be informed by Email. No return will be accepted if the buyer has not contacted us before return. 

    Upon receipt of the returned item, supported by the valid return tracking, we will fully examine it and notify the buyer via email whether you are entitled to a return within 3 working days.

    Be sure to ship your product back to us through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

    Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee as per our terms & conditions.

    ***Please be sure to wrap and repack any product very carefully to protect the lenses from being scuffed or damaged during shipping***

    • Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by buyer. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 
    • Exchange will be subject to the actual situation and the stock level. 

    Refunds

    Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail us via support@oksiwa.com  and we will respond to you immediately.
