Returns & Refunds

Oksiwa always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective, then you can claim a return or refund.

Return Policy:

If the return is caused by the consumer — including but not limited to changing mind, ordering the wrong item, or the product not fitting the vehicle due to incompatibility — the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

Based on Oksiwa's return policy, if the return is caused by the consumer's own reasons (such as changing mind, ordering the wrong item, or the product not fitting the vehicle due to incompatibility), the refund amount will be deducted as follows:

  1. Transaction fees (e.g., fees charged by the payment gateway)

  2. Refund processing fees (if applicable)

  3. Original shipping fee (the shipping cost incurred when the order was shipped)

  4. Return shipping fee (the cost for the consumer to ship the item back to Oksiwa)

The consumer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose. When refunding, Oksiwa will only refund the cost of the item itself (after deducting the above fees) and will not refund any shipping or handling fees that have already been incurred.

It is recommended that you contact support@oksiwa.com before returning the item to confirm the exact refund amount and the return procedure.

If due to our reasons — such as the goods received being damaged, defective, or incorrect — the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee.

We afford the return shipping fee in the following cases:

  • Defective parts

  • Damaged devices

  • Incorrect item shipped

If the above return conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • The 30-day period is calculated from the date you received the items.

  • If you claim a return that exceeds the 30-day free return period and without any defective or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourself.

  • Please note: Some returns we may charge the shipping fee from you — for example, if you change your mind or order the wrong item after shipping has proceeded, we will deduct the shipping fee from your refund.

Return Procedure

To return the item you purchased, please contact us via support@oksiwa.com for the return procedure.

Return address and related details will be informed by email. No return will be accepted if the buyer has not contacted us before returning.

Upon receipt of the returned item, supported by valid return tracking, we will fully examine it and notify the buyer via email within 3 working days whether you are entitled to a return.

Be sure to ship your product back to us through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Please pack all products carefully to prevent them from being scratched or damaged during transportation.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling fees shown on the packing slip or invoice. All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the buyer.

Exchanges will be subject to the actual situation and stock level.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed and returned to your account within 30 days of us receiving your returned item. After receiving the returned product, we will review it. Once approved, the refund will be returned to the credit card you used to purchase the item. You will receive a "Credit Approval Approved" email on the day the refund arrives.

Please be aware that your bank may take 4–7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please email us via support@oksiwa.com and we will respond to you immediately.
