Processing Time:

All items will be processed within 1 day (from Monday to Saturday, HK timezone) after the payment is completed. We do not ship orders on all other days, including but not limited to Chinese public holidays, National Day, and the Spring Festival.

Our inventory is stocked in warehouses across the United States, thus, we ship orders via USPS/UPS/FedEx. If you need to expedite your order, please contact us before ordering.

Canceling an Order:
