Free Shipping & International Shipping
We currently ship to USA and Canada only. All products from our website, you can enjoy free Shipping to USA. We charge shipping fee to Canada. Other countries are not available.
Delivery and Shipping Process
We will ship your order in 5 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped and get the tracking details in the mail.
As a seller on Amazon.com, our inventory is stocked in warehouses across the United States to ensure punctual delivery to our customers. Some products may be shipping by DHL, UPS or Fedex from our Asia warehouse (Changzhou, China), and will be delivered in 5-8days.
The orders will be fulfilled within 6-13 business days.
Due to the weather around the world, occasionally there will be delivery delays, please understand.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@oksiwa.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Our website does not support ships to addresses within the APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please offer door to door address.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
If you want to claim a warranty or FREE return on our website, please refer to our Return policy and warranty policy.
Oksiwa always aims for the highest customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with your products or the products turn out to be defective then you can claim a return or refund.
Return Policy:
We afford the return shipping fee with following status:
- Unsatisfied claim in 30 days free return period. (No damage with the products and original packaging)
- Defected parts
- Damaged devices
- Incorrect item shipped
If the above return conditions are not met, the buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
*The 30 days period is calculated from the date you received the items.
*If you claim a return that exceed 30 days free return period and without any defected or damaged devices, you need to afford the return shipping fee yourselves.
*Please note: Some returns we may charge the shipping fee from you. Like change your mind or ordered wrong items when shipping is proceeded, then we will charge the shipping fee from your payments.
Return Procedure
To return the item you purchased, please contact us via support@oksiwa.com for the return procedure.
Return address, plus related details will be informed by Email. No return will be accepted if the buyer has not contacted us before return.
Upon receipt of the returned item, supported by the valid return tracking, we will fully examine it and notify the buyer via email whether you are entitled to a return within 3 working days.
Be sure to ship your product back to us through a carrier that provides tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct a 20% restocking fee as per our terms & conditions.

- Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by buyer. Buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Exchange will be subject to the actual situation and the stock level.
Refunds
Refunds for returns or cores normally process and credit within 30 days from the date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once we receive the core or part, we forward it to the manufacturer for approval. The manufacturer will then approve the return. Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy the merchandise. You will receive a "credit approved" e-mail the day you are credited. Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit after 30 days, please e-mail us via support@oksiwa.com and we will respond to you immediately.

At Oksiwa, we cover a 12-month warranty period. Remember to register your product as soon as possible after your order is delivered. This warranty applies to already sold physical goods only.
What will we do to correct your problems/amend your products?
We will either repair the product, using new or refurbished replacement parts. Please note that if you need to send your products to us for service after 30 days of your order delivery, you are to cover the shipping fee back and forth.
Below are the detailed terms of our warranty coverage:
1. Prior to providing warranty service, Oksiwa requires you to provide proof of purchase to be sent to us. We may also require customers to send photos/videos of defects/quality issues with their products for us to confirm.
2. Our warranty does not cover damage or loss after order delivery resulting from accidents, misuse or abuse, a lack of reasonable care by the user, theft, or missing items.
3. Unauthorized repair, modification, or customization of your product voids the warranty. Note that the cost of installation of our products is not covered by warranty.
4. We may charge a fee for service and technical support with a price negotiable in the first place with our customers if the 12 month warranty has gone invalid .
5. The product must be purchased from us, or an authorized Oksiwa reseller to qualify for a replacement or repair under warranty. Or we may charge a service fee, which is negotiable.
6. Orders sold by Oksiwa.com but shipped via our Amazon.com store are covered by the warranty.
